The 2007 NAAWscar's take place on Mom's (Z'Anne's) actual birthday so she gets flowers as she works at the podium with her colleague.  Luke is helping video the event while Ethan is up on the balcony with him at Edmonton's City Hall.

Luke and Ethan's Aunt Pam made Z'Anne this amazing birthday cake the day before her birthday when we celebrated together.

On Z'Anne's actual birthday Luke (Gr 11) had tryouts for high school basketball, but he did not make the team in the end.  

No photos taken with the kids this year to share.

We had our first and only November family vacation the November Luke's Mom Z'Anne turned 46.

  On Z'Anne's actual birthday we only took this photo, but here are some additional photos enjoying Disney World, Florida.

This year Z'Anne and Brad got to begin Z'Anne's birthday with a EYBA basketball game that Ethan (almost 14 yrs) played in and Luke (18 yrs) officiated at the GO Centre (Univ of Alberta South Campus).

 

In the evening, a lovely dinner at home with my guys.

The next day we headed over to Luke and Ethan's paternal grandparents for more celebrating.  The guy we are smiling at behind the camera lens is Brad.

Saturday night dinner at the Jansen's resulted in this lovely 48th Birthday picture together.

On Sunday night another delicious Harvey-Jansen meal at home with Ethan as photographer, who caught Luke in the midst of taking a bite.
